Sunbrook is one of those communities where you just want to keep driving every street looking for those little pockets of unique homes or picturesque golf course scenery. Whether you are looking for the French Quarter, Dolce Vista, Santa Maria or any other community within Sunbrook you'll feel like you're in a lush upscale part of the world and not in the middle of a desert!  Sunbrook Golf Course  is the only golf club in southwest Utah to feature 27 championship holes. Sunbrook is referred to as the crown jewel of St George City owned golf courses. Sunbrook is a unique community due to the different elevations and architectural styles found throughout the whole master plan. Golfers love to find themselves living here due to the opportunity to play 3 different courses in one location. It doesn't hurt that there are so many homes that back up to the course either.  

Arrowhead Elementary is the home of the Eagles and encompasses grades K-5. Grades 6-7 attend Tonaquint Intermediate while grades 8-9 attend Dixie Middle School and 10-12 attend Dixie High School. Dixie's nickname is the Flyers and their school colors are royal blue and white. Dixie was the 1st high school to open in the greater St George area back in 1911 and transitioned to a new building in 2004 featuring a new gym and water feature that flows and spills over with the elevation changes through the middle of the campus.
