The Coral Canyon community located in the city of Washington is one of the most sought after communities in the area.  Built around an 18 hole Keith Foster designed golf course, real estate in the Coral Canyon community does not stay on the market for long. Coral Canyon is a fantastic master planned community with arguably the greatest value for amenities that any HOA offers.  The HOA dues are $50 a month and include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool as well as lighted pickleball courts and paved walking trails.  Natural washes run throughout the community, providing opportunities to explore and enjoy natural desert scenery

Coral Canyon offers a diverse range of properties from townhomes in the low $200's all the way up to $1+ Million custom homes.  Most homes are 1 level with some having walk out basements.  The HOA is actively managed and the neighborhoods always look well kept and the pride of ownership is evident.  Mature landscaping can be found along all streets along with sidewalks and open space in many areas.  There are parks located throughout the community as well local shops and a small business park.

Schools 

Coral Canyon Elementary is located within the community which encompasses grades K-5.  Grades 6-7 attend Fossil Ridge Intermediate while grades 8-9 attend Pine View Middle School and 10-12 attend Pine View High School.  Pine View's nickname are the Panthers and their school colors are black, maroon and silver.  Pine View was the 2nd high school to open in the greater St George area.
