The Green Springs Golf Course is a public golf course surrounded by a wide variety of neighborhoods from affordable patio homes to multi-million dollar gated properties.  While each neighborhood has their own name, the area in general is referred to as Green Springs.  You'll find spectacular scenery throughout the area ranging from desert blooms to red rocks to the seasonally snow capped peak of Pine Mountain.  You might even stumble across old arrowheads or ancient pictographs if you're lucky!

Homes vary from production type, builder grade homes to extremely custom homes with the most intriguing details and craftsmanship.  There are many homes that back to the Green Springs Golf Course while others put a premium on the views that can be had throughout the community.  Green Springs has always been a highly desirable community and will be for the foreseeable future.  

Sandstone Elementary is the home of the Raptors and encompasses grades K-5.  Grades 6-7 attend Fossil Ridge Intermediate while grades 8-9 attend Pine View Middle School and 10-12 attending Pine View High School.  Pine View's nickname are the Panthers and their school colors are black, maroon and silver.  Pine View was the 2nd high school to open in the greater St George area.
