Sky Mountain Golf Course has been a local favorite for quite some time due to the reasonable rates coupled with an amazing backdrop of sandstone rock formations that appear to be sitting at the base of Pine Mountain. The Sky Mountain subdivision is integrated into the golf course with many homes backing fairways of some sort.  Sky Ridge is across the street from Sky Mountain and continues to expand as one of Hurricane's favorite subdivisions. Sky Mountain and Sky Ridge are both close knit communities where neighbors get to know each other and take care of each other.  Both are well manicured with mature landscaping and show pride of ownership and respect for neighbors. Access to shopping and restaurants are just minutes away, while outdoor adventures are not far behind.  

Homes vary in size and design between Sky Ridge and Sky Mountain with Sky Mountain having more custom homes than Sky Ridge.  Don't let that fool you though, Sky Ridge has always offered up to date upgrades as their standard finish package.  Many homeowners who decide to build with Gemstone Homes, the designated builder in Sky Ridge, find that they don't need to do as many upgrades as they would with many production builders since their standard level of finishes is already so nice.  Homes tend to sell very quickly in both subdivisions, so if you see a home you like there you would be wise to move quickly on it!

Sky Mountain amenities consist of a clubhouse with an exercise facility and an outdoor pool overlooking the golf course.  Sand Hollow and Quail Creek Reservoirs and just minutes away as is Grandpa's Pond, a great little neighborhood park with a pond that is fed by the Quail Creek Reservoir.  All 3 are stocked with fish on a yearly basis and provide good fishing for fishermen of all ages and skill levels.
